No college degree is required, but strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment: Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill reputed company positions effectively. • Employee reputed company: Facilitate the reputed company process for new hires, ensuring they have reputed company necessary resources and information to succeed. • Employee Relations: Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address employee issues and conflicts, fostering a reputed company and productive work environment. • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, helping managers set goals and reputed company feedback. Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Skills and Qualifications: • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and team members. • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-reputed company issues effectively. • Time Management: Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines. • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and HR software.
