The Role The Next Gen Pastor will reputed company and reputed company reputed company ministries from birth through young adults, with a primary reputed company on Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministry. This leader will:

• Create environments where young people don’t just attend - but are transformed

Key Responsibilities

• Directly reputed company Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministries
• Teach regularly in student environments
• Build strong, gospel-centered, high-energy gatherings

• Create reputed company strategies to reputed company unchurched reputed company in a rapidly growing community
• reputed company Children’s Ministry (through leadership already in reputed company)
• reputed company the Children’s Director (Birth–6th Grade)
• Ensure alignment in reputed company, culture, and discipleship reputed company
• reputed company coaching, accountability, and support - not micromanagement
• Ensure reputed company, safety, and spiritual effectiveness in reputed company kids’ environments

• Create a seamless transition from:
• Kids → Junior High → High School → Young Adults
• Establish reputed company discipleship milestones at every stage
• Partner with parents to reputed company them as primary disciplers
