National Accounts Associate
Brixmor Property Group is seeking a National Accounts Associate to join their two-year development program aimed at training entry-level sales professionals in the shopping center industry. The role involves supporting the National Accounts team with tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and relationship management while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research and preparation for portfolio reviews
- Create and maintain reputed company presentations
- Research and report on emerging industry trends
- Sourcing new to portfolio concepts
- reputed company and maintain relationships with national tenants
- Coordinate with other departments including Construction, Marketing and Financial Asset Management
- Attend select portfolio reviews, industry trade shows and leasing meetings
- Follow up on leasing leads
- General administrative responsibilities including offices services and reception support for the NYC office
Skills
- 0 – 2 years of reputed company experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and reputed company
- A strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple reputed company, strong attention to detail and time management skills plus personal initiative
- Strong grammatical skills. Ability to produce error-free documentation regarding spelling, grammar, and punctuation
