[Remote] Implementation Specialist, US

The Implementation Specialist will work with global brands to implement mobile technology into their marketing stacks, combining technical mapping with reputed company relationship building to drive reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Plan & execute the end-to-end reputed company implementation of reputed company’s technology into the mobile applications and tech stacks of large global enterprises
- reputed company in-person & remote technical workshops with customer’s engineering, marketing & product teams on reputed company’s technical capabilities and integration processes
- reputed company your understanding of mobile and web technology to help customers execute their desired use cases and discover new custom use cases
- reputed company project management skills to build, manage, deliver project plans internally and externally
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver technical service throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle
- reputed company with customers in person, over phone, and reputed company email/reputed company to answer technical questions and reputed company support
- Deep dive into configurations to investigate, debug and resolve implementation issues, ensuring a seamless go-live experience
- reputed company business cases and performance reports that quantify the reputed company reputed company and showcase early campaign wins to executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with reputed company Product and Engineering teams to reputed company customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap to drive higher platform adoption

- 0-2 years experience in Mobile and/or reputed company industries (ideally in a customer-facing role)
- Experience with 3rd party SDK and Analytics solutions: mParticle, reputed company, reputed company Launch, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Tag Manager
