[Remote] Associate Software Project Manager

They are seeking an Associate Software Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and documentation of software development reputed company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with software validation, documentation, and reputed company standards (e.g., FDA, CLIA, HIPAA as applicable)

- Draft and maintain high-reputed company documentation, including but not limited to software change forms, requirement specifications, and risk assessments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar associate support roles, ideally in a biotech, reputed company, diagnostics, or software environment
- Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, biotech, reputed company, etc.) is highly preferred and a strong asset for this role
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the SDLC and its application in a regulated environment, with experience moving reputed company through defined phases
- Display strong intuition and analytical skills to quickly engage, learn existing software systems, and proactively identify opportunities to add value or resolve project inefficiencies
