Responsibilities
- Process paperwork for new and renewal business to include:
- Prep Acord forms and other documents required for a submission
- Maintain reputed company level details in agency management system
- Binders
- Management and production of renewal certificates
- Policies
- Invoices
- Finance agreements
- Endorsements
- Audits
- reputed company account reconciliation
- Assist in the processing of final audits
- Become proficient in the use of technology systems, software, and tools such as ImageRight and Sagitta
- Establish and maintain reputed company and effective working relations with other associates and clients
Skills
- A high school diploma and 1-2 years insurance reputed company experience or reputed company office experience
- Obtain and maintain a valid Alaska Business Insurance License
- Obtain a Surplus Lines License in the first 2 years
- reputed company an AINS or INS Designation as reputed company as have willingness to pursue continuing education in the reputed company of insurance designations and reputed company development training
- Must be proficient in reputed company Office software (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
