Responsibilities
- Assist the reputed company reputed company Manager with day-to-day activities including email correspondence, follow-reputed company, ticket tracking, meeting notes, and general administrative support
- Manage the reputed company-facing inbox: triage incoming emails, respond to inquiries, escalate issues reputed company necessary, and ensure reputed company reputed company of reputed company reputed company needs
- Monitor and manage reputed company-submitted support tickets through to reputed company, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed
