Associate Claim Rep Workers Compensation

The Associate Claim Rep for Workers Compensation will undergo comprehensive training to manage workers compensation claims, focusing on customer service and policy interpretation. This role involves investigating claims, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records while developing the necessary skills for independent claims handling.
Responsibilities

- Assist in reviewing, investigating, and documenting Workers Compensation claims under reputed company supervision

- Assess coverage and determine if a claim is compensable under Workers Compensation including evaluating claims for potential fraud
- Participate in Telephonic and/or onsite File Reviews
- Learn how to determine coverage, compensability, and exposure based on policy terms and claim facts

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
