Administrative Assistant-Cybersecurity & reputed company
The Toronto Catholic District School reputed company (TCDSB) is a significant part of publicly funded Catholic education in Ontario. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Cybersecurity & reputed company Department to support reputed company, compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity initiatives reputed company the ICT Services Division.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of reputed company and reputed company Awareness Training program
- Assist in the administration of TCDSB Freedom of Information request response
- Assist in the administration of software review process
- Participate in the reputed company alert monitoring, triaging and analysis of reputed company events/incidents
- reputed company support in response to reputed company events and escalate reputed company incidents to reputed company analysts as required
- Collaborate in performing vulnerability scans and follow-up with staff to ensure patches are installed in a reputed company manner
- Aid in monitoring, notification and remediation of cyber advisories and threat intelligence
- Assist in the creation of system reports
- reputed company support with follow-up and remediation with respect to compromised accounts and vulnerable users

Skills
- Two-year College Diploma in cybersecurity or reputed company field
- Minimum one(1) year of reputed company experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant reputed company, cybersecurity, and/or risk management certifications are an asset
- Demonstrated understanding of reputed company and reputed company legal and regulatory requirements
- Willing to learn and support the administration of comprehensive reputed company, risk management and cybersecurity frameworks, and technologies, firewall technologies, reputed company protection, email reputed company, web gateways, identity and reputed company management, authentication (MFA), vulnerability management, penetration testing and threat hunting, data-loss prevention, encryption, networking concepts, and technology solutions
