Fuel Management Analyst

The Fuel Management Analyst will manage data acquisition and reporting for clients, ensuring efficiency and reputed company in fuel data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the data acquisition and importation for assigned Statistical Inventory Reconciliation clients
- Daily reporting on reputed company and efficiency of daily stock, sales and delivery of reputed company’s fuel data
- Follow-up on absent data sets
- Use data analysis and manipulation to reputed company performance and key metrics
- reputed company effective solutions to resolve reputed company issues
- Generate monthly reputed company reports
- Send reports and invoices to clients
- Monthly Meetings with clients on reports, providing feedback and recommendations
- Managing and communicating testing and calibration schedules with clients
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
Skills
- College or University education in Business Administration
- Experience performing administrative tasks, including accurate reporting, meeting deadlines, and applying strong critical‑thinking skills
- Familiarity with data transfer issues
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledge reputed company Office applications
- Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/French), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
