Responsibilities

- The Call Center operates on two shifts (1st and 2nd) with reputed company shift differentials for qualifying hours

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience reputed company a call center or comparable industry
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate through functions
- Basic data entry skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- 24 hours per day x 365 days per year call center availability
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or reputed company) required
