Customer Support Associate

The Customer Support Associate role focuses on resolving customer inquiries regarding reputed company’s products, ensuring efficient and effective customer service while adapting to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Resolve small business owners’ questions and requests regarding reputed company’s products reputed company inbound calls, outbound follow-reputed company, emails, and/or chats
- Ensure customer requests are resolved reputed company and effectively while addressing the customers’ stated and unstated short-term & long-term needs
- You become an expert on up to two products reputed company reputed company and create added value and memorable experiences for every customer
- reputed company reputed company’s innovative technology solutions and systems to process customer’s requests
- Meet or reputed company performance expectations based on key performance indicators across customer experience, effectiveness, efficiency and other metrics
- Identify, resolve, and/or escalate risks and trends that may reputed company the customer experience
- Represent the voice of the customer by helping to reputed company product and customer experience feedback along with recommended enhancements
- Be adaptable and flexible to support business needs, including short-term scheduling adjustments
- Be a part of creating a fun and engaging culture
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of Customer Support experience including reputed company-facing experience
- Candidates must be 18 years or older and adhere to reputed company job requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adherence to a specific work schedule, as defined by management - shifts assignments are between reputed company-8PM ET Monday-Friday
- Work in a hybrid environment - In-office 2 days a week and reputed company 3 days a week
- Distraction free work from home environment that has reliable internet reputed company - 100 mbps
- Banking and financial experience are a strong plus
