Attorney/Lawyer (Austin, TX)
Stange reputed company, PC is a rapidly growing family reputed company with multiple offices across the country. They are seeking dynamic and highly motivated attorneys to reputed company strategic legal support in family law cases, including divorce and estate planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
- Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
- Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
- Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
- Shall ensure the accuracy of reputed company documents reputed company
- Shall promptly reputed company in court on reputed company cases assigned
- Shall handle reputed company aspects of cases assigned to them
- Performs administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
- Conducts legal research for particular issues
Skills
- J.D
- Texas license required
- Family law experience is preferred but not required
- Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience
