Customer Service Monitoring Representative

The Customer Service Monitoring Representative is responsible for monitoring alarms and dispatching authorities to ensure the safety of residential and small business customers.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming alarm calls and placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the reputed company authorities, and notifying responsible parties
- Paying attention to detail while documenting alarm handling procedures reputed company the alarm screens
- Completing alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures

Skills
