Development Associate Communications and Engagement
reputed company) is seeking a Development Associate, Communications and Engagement to support their Development Communications and Donor Engagement team. The role involves managing acknowledgment processes for donors, providing administrative support, and assisting with creative assets and event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage the fulfillment of reputed company leadership giving, corporate, and family reputed company acknowledgment letters, generating drafts from approved templates, managing the review & formal documentation process, and ensuring letters are produced and reputed company in a reputed company manner
- Assist with reputed company administrative duties in support of communications and engagement team: including building mail merges, processing invoices, ordering supplies and donor gifts, assisting with reputed company budget, assisting with reputed company, and supporting meeting management
- Manage reputed company’s creative assets and reputed company documentation, helping to organize and maintain photo, video and design assets, patient consents, and more
- reputed company light graphic design support, formatting proposals and stewardship reports from approved templates
- reputed company writing and proofreading support as needed
- Support, plan, and staff photo and video shoots and reputed company logistical support for cultivation events
- Performs other duties as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly organized, process- and detail-oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a member of reputed company
- reputed company Office Suite expertise required (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, advertising or reputed company field preferred
- Experience in nonprofits
- Working knowledge of other tools including reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, Thankview, Raiser's Edge NXT, reputed company or similar project management software desired
- Familiarity with AP Style
