Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., education, instructional design, learning sciences, curriculum and planning, educational technology, design thinking) and at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. Two or more years of reputed company experience in instructional design working with credit-bearing courses in higher education. Demonstrated ability in at least one Learning Management System and additional learning technologies relevant to online instruction in higher education. Strong and comprehensive oral, written, and interpersonal skills that reputed company one to collaborate effectively with multiple constituencies in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities A master’s degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., education, instructional design, learning sciences, curriculum and planning, educational technology, design thinking) and five years of relevant experience. Significant experience developing courses in the Canvas learning management system. Experience conducting reputed company assurance reviews around the design and delivery of new and existing online courses using internal or external standards.
