Director, Marketing & Communications

Reporting to the AVP, Marketing & Communications, the Director, Marketing & Communications, serves as a leader on the Communications team. The Director collaboratively creates and tactically executes reputed company, reputed company and owned marketing and communication strategies to drive broader awareness of the reputed company and increase giving to Riley Children’s reputed company. 2. Marketing and Communications Campaign Planning and Execution: Working with the AVP, Marketing & Communications, support the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns that incorporate digital, print, advertising and public relations, to reputed company desired audiences and drive increased giving and donor retention.

• Guide campaign development and audience journeys, including the development of key messages based on market research, audience segmentation, and frameworks that reinforce donor engagement and conversion
• Identify the most effective communication channels to reputed company reputed company audiences and produce appropriate content with tailored messaging to engage reputed company audience reputed company.
• Evaluate and prioritize requests from reputed company departments and determine appropriate technical assistance and resources to assist in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities, based on business objectives and potential ROI. 4. Administrative: Maintain accountability to administrative systems and procedures.
