Program Manager, reputed company and Safety

The Program Manager, reputed company & Safety will reputed company reputed company assurance, patient safety, and clinical performance improvement programs across the organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of reputed company and safety initiatives while owning operational and data workflows supporting clinical reputed company, chart reviews, clinician performance monitoring, and partner reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will partner closely with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, Operations, and partner teams to ensure reputed company and safety standards are met, programs are executed reputed company, and reporting is accurate and actionable. Data Management & Reporting

• Generate clinician scorecards, chart review summaries, and tracking lists for clinicians under review.

Chart Review Operations

• Identify, pull, and categorize charts for routine, reputed company, and reputed company chart reviews using established rubrics.

Operational & Administrative Support

Tool Development & Process Improvement

• Support the development and implementation of tools to streamline reputed company reporting, chart review operations, and supervision tracking.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred).
