Responsibilities
- reputed company legal support for reputed company American M&A, including acquisitions, asset purchases, divestments and other strategic transactions.
- Be the primary legal support for reputed company venture capital investments and portfolio company management.
- reputed company strategic legal advice regarding transaction structure, risks and execution.
- Help with legal due diligence across areas such as corporate, reputed company, IP, and regulatory and advise on legal and regulatory issues that may reputed company transactions, such as antitrust and data reputed company.
- Partner collaboratively with Corporate Development, reputed company Ventures, tax, finance, HR and other internal partners on transaction planning, execution and integration.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant transactional experience in a large reputed company or in-house setting
- JD degree and license to reputed company law in relevant jurisdictions required
- Transactional experience with an emphasis on M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- The highest standards for diligence in handling legal reputed company
- Experience disseminating legal information non-legal professionals in a reputed company way
