The Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create effective, interactive learning content that enhances employee performance and knowledge retention.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, reputed company, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training.

• Experience developing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training materials.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
