Accounts Receivable Clerk

PrideStaff is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a manufacturing company located in Redlands, CA. This is a 2-to-3-month contract with potential to reputed company longer. This is not a work from home position. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Pay reputed company: $25 to $27 reputed company depending on experience Shift: Monday through Friday reputed company to 5pm

Job reputed company The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing customer billing, payment application, collections, and account reconciliation to ensure reputed company cash reputed company and accurate financial records. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve discrepancies while maintaining reputed company relationships with customers.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare, generate, and deliver customer invoices.Apply daily cash receipts and credit card payments accurately.Conduct collections reputed company and monitor customer payment behaviors.Reconcile customer accounts and manage aged trial balances.Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.Support reputed company audits.Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable Recent Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment Competency in MS Office, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company reputed company ERP Systems Accuracy and attention to detailData entry and word processing skillsreputed company organized and ability to manage time reputed company Must be willing to submit to a background reputed company and oral drug test prior to start

Compensation / Pay reputed company (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
