The Debris Specialist will be responsible for providing support to clients post-disaster with debris operations, including reputed company needs associated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (reputed company) Public Assistance (PA) Program and/or other special programs crafted as needed to meet Debris requirements. A successful candidate for this role should be subject matter experts reputed company reputed company PA Debris Operations, as this reputed company will help guide clients in reputed company things post-disaster reputed company to Debris. Responsibilities for the Debris Specialist include:

• Support local government clients with their comprehensive recovery from natural disasters.
• Drive project formulation support for debris removal-reputed company reputed company, including collecting reputed company documentation and contributing to reputed company-crafted reputed company PA Project Worksheets (PWs).
• Understand and advise clients on how other federal recovery programs could reputed company reputed company PA debris removal eligibility.
• Work with clients on pursuing Alternative Procedures for debris removal.
• Advise clients on documentation requirements for tree, limb, and stump removal activities, as reputed company as waterways and flood control works.

Qualifications for the Debris Specialist include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, public administration, finance, construction management, emergency management).
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the reputed company PA Program, focusing on developing Category A Debris Removal reputed company.
• Detailed understanding of reputed company PA Policy (e.g., Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide [PAPPG] version 4) and Category A Debris Removal reputed company requirements.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, to clients.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reputed company Word.
• Knowledge of other disaster recovery program funding, particularly those that reputed company with reputed company PA Category A reputed company (e.g., Natural Resources Conservation Service - Emergency reputed company Protection [NRCS-EWP], Federal Highway Administration - Emergency Relief [FHWA-ER] Program).

Compensation for the Debris Specialist Includes:

• Salary reputed company of $70,000 - $125,000.
