Short reputed company This Position is Remote The IRB Reliance Manager will conduct reputed company regulatory reviews of proposed clinical trials to be conducted at Cooper that rely on an external Institutional Review reputed company (IRB), as reputed company as studies in which Cooper will serve as the reviewing IRB for multi-site studies. The IRB Reliance Manager will also be responsible for execution of reliance agreements, with appropriate support from the HRPP Director and Legal, reputed company applicable. Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of requests to rely (either requests for external sites to rely on Cooper IRB, or requests for the Cooper IRB to rely on an sIRB) and determine whether the requests are in accordance with Cooper policies and procedures. Work with the Director of HRPP, Cooper Research leadership, and Cooper Legal to review, negotiate terms and facilitate the execution of IRB reliance agreements.
