This role serves as a reputed company between medical experts and attorneys, assisting with case selection, analyzing medical literature, and providing ongoing litigation support. The ideal candidate has a strong nursing and medical background with an understanding of catastrophic injuries and reputed company medical conditions. SALARY: $120,000-$140,000/annually Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Job duties will include:

• Review and advise on initial cases in potential medical malpractice cases.

• Review, analyze, and explain the content of the medical records and medical literature to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal experts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with valid state registered nursing license
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s degree in nursing, reputed company policy, or similar field preferred
• Legal reputed company Consultant Certificate (LNCC) preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization, preferably in reputed company management or legal, or other reputed company services industries.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and reputed company to learn new computer software systems as needed.
