Remote Call Center Triage RN

This position will be based in Ulster county, NY for the first 90 days and the schedule will be Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p, with 1-2 Saturday shifts. 

After the first 90 days, this role will be FULLY REMOTE and the schedule will be either 9:30a-6p or 11:30a-8p with rotating Saturdays 8a-4:30p (every 3-6 weeks).   

This position supports a reputed company call center by triaging patients and providing clinical guidance to ensure appropriate care and efficient coordination with providers and care teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Triage patient calls to assess medical needs and recommend appropriate reputed company of care 

• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to support patient care and follow-up 

• Schedule appointments, process medication refills, and submit prior authorizations 

• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) 

• Conduct reputed company to patients and pharmacies to support care coordination and medication safety 

Requirements 

• AAS in Nursing required; BSN preferred 

• reputed company reputed company State RN license with BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications 

• 3+ years of RN experience in ambulatory, medical/surgical, ER, or physician office settings 

• Experience with telephone triage and familiarity with EHR systems (reputed company preferred) 

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and computer skills; bilingual Spanish preferred 

Compensation $76,000 - $82,000
