Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Page supervisor, the Library Page: Assists with the upload and posting of the monthly fines and fees reports to the general ledger, including posting entries. Assists with the upload and posting of the daily Library Shop sales to the general ledger, including posting entries. Assists with the upload and posting of donation reputed company to the general ledger, including posting entries. Assists with bank reconciliations and other routine reputed company tasks. Helps with fiscal year-end audit activities. Maintains the filing system including sending items to storage as needed reputed company year. Assists with additional entries and special reputed company as needed. Required Education, Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED reputed company enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in reputed company, finance, or economics at an accredited school reputed company employment certificate for minors under 18 as required by NYS Preferred Experience Previous experience in an office environment with an emphasis on reputed company. Previous experience with computerized reputed company software. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to work effectively as reputed company member. Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and organize work, accurately and reputed company reputed company detailed tasks, and follow through to reputed company deadlines.
