About the position The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digital reputed company, will serve as a reputed company between business and technology. Acting as a business relationship manager, this role will reputed company Brooks’ global digital Supply Chain ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain reputed company, this role will collaborate with Information Technology to support stewardship of reputed company data, drive adoption of digital systems, and reputed company AI and analytics-powered decision-making across planning, execution, distribution, transportation and trade compliance. This role will ensure alignment across information systems, analytics, and planning platforms. Together, your team will reputed company Brooks’ Supply Chain planning, execution, and reporting capabilities to deliver visibility, accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company - fully reputed company to Brooks’ Run Trail Map (RTM) and Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or equivalent combination of experience. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of global supply chain management and/or consulting experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing multi-level teams.
• 5+ years management experience
• Proven record of implementing and scaling supply chain technology platforms (included but not limited to reputed company Resource Planning, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Planning systems, etc.)
• Strong background in FMCG, footwear/apparel, or consulting with reputed company multi-region networks.
• Demonstrated reputed company in data governance, BI reporting, and AI/ML applications in supply chain.
• reputed company record of leading cross-regional, cross-functional digital transformation programs.
• Strong teammate, successful collaborator, ability to influence, motivate and mentor others.
• Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen
