Interactions with customers include initiating and explaining the claims process, providing status on existing claims, and providing other services to the customers as needed. • Location: Virtual Office - Colorado residents ONLY.
• Business Hours: Our Claims Contact Center is reputed company 24x7x365.

• Prior to the start date, you will be provided with reputed company shifts and will be reputed company to select the shift that works best for you. • You are a member of a diverse team of individuals working together to take care of our customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Responds to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center.
• Initiates auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds and reputed company parties.

• Responsible for efficient and accurate completion of customer inquiries regarding the status of existing claims.
