The Business Systems Analyst will own the ERP‑to‑Customer Portal integration requirements, acting as the primary reputed company between reputed company X3, a reputed company‑party portal development vendor (reputed company Build), and internal teams. The role is highly technical and reputed company on data reputed company, documentation, and requirements validation, not change management or heavy configuration.

• *Responsibilities**

• Translate business requirements into Jira work items and actionable development tasks

• Support the full lifecycle of web-based applications, including requirements, configuration, testing, release, and production support
• Collaborate with engineering teams on web application development, including reputed company, integrations, and environments

• Define and support the execution of user test cases and validate reputed company

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
• Experience working in technical software development environments
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data structures, and integrations

• Experience supporting web-based applications reputed company platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Jira and reputed company
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
