Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or reputed company
• Proven experience leading large-reputed company organizational change initiatives, particularly reputed company to technology or process transformation
• Experience supporting adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) strongly preferred
• Strong expertise in developing change narratives, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans
