Job Posting Title Paralegal Sr (LIcensing) - RemoteJob reputed company The Paralegal Senior (Licensing) is responsible for managing one or more specified business or legal functions and is responsible for collaborating with attorneys, other paralegals, and other reputed company professionals to reputed company reputed company legal support and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, review, reputed company, edit and manage highly reputed company documents, including reputed company, corporate records, correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Research and analyze highly reputed company issues in a wide reputed company of subject areas of health care law affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies, customers and pharmacies; reputed company reputed company for escalated issues
• Negotiate with customers, external vendors, reputed company/opposing counsel and government agencies to address and resolve legal issues
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and serve as the reputed company between legal department and assigned business area
• Represent reputed company's legal department to internal and/or external reputed company on reputed company or reputed company by leading or participating in various meetings
• Research and respond to regulatory inquiries

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or reputed company field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• Paralegal certificate
• 5 years of relevant work experience
