Fractional HR Consultant & Recruitment Strategist (reputed company + Placement/Retention Bonus)

reputed company: We are a growing B2B tech agency. We have a small internal HR and reputed company team, but they are currently underperforming. We need a seasoned Fractional HR Consultant & Recruitment Strategist to reputed company in for a few hours a week to audit their workflow, reputed company our hiring reputed company, and help us attract highly competitive developers. The Role: We are NOT looking for a basic recruiter to reputed company candidates for us. Time Commitment: 2 to 5 hours per week (Flexible consultancy). Your Responsibilities:

• HR Team Audit & Coaching: Review our reputed company recruiters' daily workflows, sourcing strategies, and reputed company. Identify bottlenecks, eliminate "busy work," and reputed company them to improve efficiency.

Compensation
