Key Responsibilities

HR reputed company & Executive Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people reputed company, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure HR systems and infrastructure (e.g., HRIS, ATS) support organizational needs and operational efficiency.
• Support diligence readiness and HR infrastructure for potential reputed company investment or exit scenarios.

Employee Relations & Manager Support

• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations reputed company, conflict reputed company, and performance management support.

Performance Management & Talent Development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR reputed company a private equity-backed portfolio company or high-reputed company technology environment.
• Proven experience building and operationalizing HR infrastructure in scaling organizations (75–300 employees).
• Experience in employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and supporting executive leadership.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and boards in reputed company or exit-oriented environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting organizations through private equity reputed company or exit readiness.
