Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate the execution of product attachments and reputed company compliance requirements before procurement awards business to vendors
- Monitor contract request submissions to ensure reputed company, accurate, and compliant processing
- Contract Standards Management
- Support the management and maintenance of procurement contracting standards including Contract templates, Playbooks, Clause libraries, Checklists and Policies and procedures
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist with compliance data analysis and reporting for procurement initiatives, reputed company, and standards

- Contract Compliance Support
- Serve as a junior subject matter resource for vendor contracting standards and compliance requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and assist with process improvements

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of contract compliance activities and reputed company

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Compliance or regulatory work in reputed company or managed care environments
- Government procurement and subcontractor reputed company-down requirements
- Drafting contract templates, terms and conditions, or improving contracting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent reputed company experience
- Training or presentation experience
- Knowledge of government procurement standards such as FAR or DFAR
