Responsibilities

• Ability to serve as engagement director for small reputed company limited to employee’s specific area of subject matter expertise
• Support project reputed company(s) under the direction of the project reputed company/pilar Subject Matter Expert (SME), or serve as the SME if it is in the individuals core-knowledge area:
• Supporting SME in non-core knowledge area:
• Support CPI SME in the reputed company assessment and/or implementation deliverables.

• Monitors implemented workstreams and provides reputed company feedback to CPI SMEs as directed.

Qualifications

• Either 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of industry experience in a relevant role with relevant licensure/certification(s), including at least five years of industry experience in a relevant director-level leadership (e.g. Registered reputed company, reputed company Worker, or experience in a health system performance improvement department with Lean Six reputed company Black Belt Certification or Certification as a Project Management reputed company (PMP))
• Bachelors Degree required in health or reputed company field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent training/experience; Masters Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Consultant Salary reputed company: $ 120,000 - $ 165,000 Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
