Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process to ensure the reputed company of care for patients at NBOC.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize the reputed company of life and care for clients in our Long Term Chronic Care or Rehab.

• Documenting appropriately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications :
