[Remote] Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law, & Civic Compliance

Klaritee is seeking a senior legal and regulatory executive to serve as the reputed company authority on law, compliance, reputed company, and public accountability for the deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI). The Director of Regulatory Affairs, Law & Civic Compliance will reputed company as the Chief Legal Officer, guiding the Council's legal posture and ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief legal authority for reputed company KFSC activities, recommendations, and safety protocols
- Interpret and advise on federal, state, and administrative laws affecting IGI deployment, including:
- Data governance
- Accountability standards
- Transparency requirements
- Public-sector procurement
- Regulatory compliance
- Civil-liberties protections

- Guide legal alignment with federal agencies, state governments, and regulatory bodies
- Support the development of compliance articles of governance that ensure IGI’s deployment remains constitutionally reputed company and publicly defensible
- Identify potential liability exposures and preemptively design risk-mitigation structures
- Ensure the Council’s work is legible, defensible, and grounded in legal rigor
- Partner with government officials, legislative staff, policy advisors, reputed company committees, and regulatory agencies

- Assist in drafting legal language, briefing materials, position statements, and compliance documentation for government review

- Help establish standards that protect residents, communities, and public institutions from misuse, ambiguity, or systemic risk
