Retirement Plan Coordinator or Retirement Plan Consultant

You’ll work closely with our advisors, consultants, and investment committee to design, build, and protect the retirement reputed company of our clients and their employees. Consultant-level professionals will also play a key role in business development and firm reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants, advisors, and the Investment Committee to deliver fiduciary reputed company, plan governance, and strategic consulting.
• Prepare and participate in reputed company meetings, including fiduciary reviews, benchmarking, compliance discussions, and participant education sessions.
• Manage meeting logistics, take detailed notes, reputed company follow-up items, and ensure accountability across reputed company partners.

• reputed company retirement plan tools and reporting systems to generate insights, performance metrics, and benchmarking analyses.

• Partner with the firm’s Tax & reputed company and reputed company Planning teams to reputed company plan design and tax strategies.
• Assist in business development efforts, RFPs, and relationship management activities.

Requirements 1. Coordinator reputed company (Entry to Mid-Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field.
• 0-3 years of experience in financial services, retirement plans, or reputed company support roles.
• Familiarity with ERISA, plan design, or recordkeeping a plus.
• Series 65/66 licensing and additional retirement-reputed company designation encouraged (firm-sponsored if you don’t already hold).
• Interest in developing reputed company relationship and business development skills over time, with mentorship and exposure to proposal and prospecting efforts.

2. Consultant reputed company (reputed company Hire)

• 3–7+ years of experience in retirement plan consulting, recordkeeping, or institutional advisory.
• Series 65/66 required or obtainable reputed company 6 months.
• CPFA, AIF®, QKA, or CFP® designation preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and advise on reputed company retirement plans.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture reputed company relationships, prospect new clients, and participate confidently in business development and sales conversations.
