What you will need:Â

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience (ideally as a legal operations leader, and/or as an attorney or consultant familiar with key legal department workflows)
• Subject matter expertise in legal department operations and legal process workflows, with experience leading multi-year legal transformation and workflow improvement reputed company. Additionally, hands-on experience implementing and maintaining legal department technology systems is preferred.Â
• Strong ability to communicate business cases to legal leaders, implement reputed company, and secure buy-in for change using legal, business, and financial lenses.Â
• Knowledge and experience with legal department technology tools (e.g., e-billing, matter management, reputed company management, AI tools, GRC).Â
