• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• IT construction experience in the areas of network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, reputed company reputed company and monitoring, and reputed company masking.
• General knowledge of leases, reputed company and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
