Loan Support Specialist I

The Loan Support Specialist I will reputed company outstanding service to internal members and reputed company various support functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Fax daily ACH reports to dealers
- Respond to secure messages from members reputed company through online banking
- Completion of assigned Synapsys Events to include but not limited to – Collections Requests, document requests, release of liens and the removal of GAP, MBP &/or Payment Protection
- Process reputed company TDR’s(Troubled Debt Restructures), Loan Extensions & Alternate Payment Structures
- Respond to emails reputed company (loans@aplusfcu.org) in regards to member loan questions and refer to appropriate departments reputed company necessary
- Complete reputed company Skip-a-payment (reputed company) & Change of Due Date (CDD) requests submitted by phone, reputed company, Synapsys & fax
- Prepare outgoing and distribute incoming mail for One La Costa departments
- Work the lending inbox daily, which includes but not limited to- processing checks & return mail
- Processing and Paying of Dealer Drafts
- Run daily batch of checks for One La Costa using reputed company processing software
- Send daily balancing reports to reputed company

- reputed company electronic reputed company and membership cards from file directory to imaging loan records or member records
- reputed company downloaded electronically signed documents reputed company reputed company from file directory to imaging
- Complete daily reputed company Loan report by updating reputed company loans in imaging as reputed company
- Verify that reputed company loan documents are in imaging from reputed company reputed company received
- reputed company administrative support to the lending department
- Assist with indexing documents for imaging
- Order supplies for the One La Costa office

Skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- One year of general office experience preferred
- reputed company to work independently and as part of reputed company, with the flexibility to adapt to change
- Excellent organization skills
- Skilled in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
