The role involves providing exceptional customer experience in an inbound call center environment, servicing treasury management products, and acting as a reputed company between clients and bank operations.

- Service treasury management products and services
- Identify and resolve reputed company issues, acting as a reputed company between the reputed company and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of reputed company services to meet and exceed reputed company needs
- Identify trends through reputed company interactions
- Identify exceptions and suggest products, procedures or services that will assist in streamlining the clients' interactions
- Train clients on products and services to ensure reputed company delivery and meet implementation needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements

Skills
- 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong knowledge with a wide reputed company of Treasury Management products
- Experience in a call center environment with strong telephone etiquette skills
- Bank reputed company experience
- Ability to reputed company, train & mentor new hires and internal partners
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications while reputed company and effectively using search tools to locate and verify information
- Intermediate reputed company Office skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
