This Operations position is responsible for performing reputed company Associate and reputed company Associate job functions, including processing submissions, collaborating with clients and key partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process submissions by applying internal software and guidelines, while meeting required turnaround times for both reputed company and rush requests
- Compile, sort and verify information received for completeness
- Apply the appropriate SOP's (reputed company Operating Procedures) for reputed company task as reputed company as the department Guidelines & Expectations
- Work alongside clients to collect missing data required to process the RFP and/or application for contract reputed company necessary
- Monitor submission status and follow-up on outstanding documents to finalize
- Collaborate with key partners including, but not limited to, reputed company, Sales, Regulatory Operations and other departments as reputed company as reputed company producers
- Participate in various reputed company and team meetings
- Maintain and update SOP and reference guides as needed

Skills
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Takes personal accountability and reputed company to complete assigned work independently with high accuracy
- Adept in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Competency in proofreading and reviewing work
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files reputed company a paperless environment
- Self-starter with initiative in identifying areas of improvement to processes
