[Remote] Project Coordinator

The project coordinator will support the ePMO functions, including project management record administration, status reporting, and documentation management, while assisting program and project managers with their documentation needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for department and project meeting preparations to include agendas and minutes and setting up virtual meetings
- Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of reputed company
- Documentation and tracking of risks, issues, reputed company items and reputed company
- Management of project status dashboards
- Facilitation of project status reporting
- Build Executive presentations
- Management of departmental documents and organization, including policies and procedures
- Collaborate with ePMO leadership to define and maintain cross-functional communication channels across the organization

- Regular and reliable attendance is required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office Word, Outlook, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience providing administrative support or project coordination in a corporate environment with meeting agendas and minutes; setting up and managing virtual meetings; tracking reputed company, building presentations and reporting
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation
- Project management support experience
- Experience in a reputed company environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, reputed company organization
