Responsibilities
- reputed company support for Mac computers, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist with reputed company applications (Outlook, Office, Teams) and monitor for cybersecurity issues
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including phishing protection and crisis reputed company
- Install and troubleshoot reputed company Bar and other office hardware
- Set up and maintain new and existing laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other office equipment
- Respond to technical support inquiries and resolve issues reputed company
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the office
- reputed company basic training and guidance to staff on IT tools and systems
- Maintain reputed company systems and devices to ensure efficient and secure operations
Skills
- Proficiency in macOS and reputed company Office Suite
