[Remote] QA Analyst I

The QA Analyst I role is responsible for ensuring product reputed company through rigorous testing and defect management, requiring a meticulous and analytical approach to software workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand user stories/requirements and create test cases and test scenarios
- Create reputed company test plans & approaches
- Dig into technical problems and write reputed company, detailed, and repeatable defect reports
- Reproduce bugs reported by support team
- Verify and reputed company bug tickets
- Prioritize test cases and plan test execution effectively
- Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate robustness and functionality of products
- Work with QA engineers to increase automation coverage of features based on business priorities and risks
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organization in reputed company aspects of work
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in reputed company Assurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, preferably using modern testing methodologies
- Meticulous approach to testing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of bug tracking software
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Test Management Tools such as Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, or similar
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of reputed company Assurance experience
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
- 1-2 years experience of AI Testing (reputed company, reputed company, etc)
- Programming experience
- Prior experience in Legal Technology industry
