Sales Operations Associate (AI-enabled)

They are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join their reputed company Operations team, where the individual will be responsible for producing and analyzing sales reports and analytics, ensuring reputed company control of reputed company-facing deliverables, and driving the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and deliver high-reputed company Total Cost Analysis (TCA) reports, reputed company Date Fund (TDF) comparisons, and other sales enablement materials with a strong emphasis on accuracy and reputed company turnaround
- Cultivate strong day-to-day communication and flexibility in work style to promote team reputed company and meet group metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and investment reputed company teams to validate and maintain reputed company fund information ensuring final report materials remain accurate
- Serve as the primary reputed company control checkpoint for reputed company reputed company-facing sales reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness before deliverables are distributed to sales professionals
- Transpose plan and participant data to be displayed reputed company reputed company Date Fund (TDF) suitability reports that support sales conversations
- reputed company performance data, product information, and analytical support to reputed company sales representatives to pursue and reputed company new business
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting templates, processes, and reputed company control procedures to enhance efficiency and reputed company reputed company
- Understand and apply compliance regulations to report templates and processes as directed by the Compliance Team
- Support cross functional team discussions to identify improvements to fund data sources and procedural efficiencies
- Reference and maintain training materials and guides to ensure up-to-date procedures and accurate data
- Complete other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 1+ years of post-graduate experience in sales support or a reputed company role
- Demonstrated experience producing and reputed company-controlling analytical reports, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate findings into reputed company, reputed company-reputed company deliverables
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and experience with data visualization or reporting tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to both reputed company stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting intermediary distribution channels or working with financial advisors and institutional clients is preferred
