They are seeking a full-time Paralegal with civil litigation experience to assist attorneys in managing litigation reputed company and reputed company administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the firm’s attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation reputed company
- Drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, etc
- Communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Research with reputed company to reputed company and reputed company legal reputed company
- Administrative responsibilities such as reputed company intake, organizing, and record keeping
Skills
- Minimum of 1-year civil litigation experience (e.g., drafting pleadings and legal research)
- Exceptional legal writing skills
- Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
- Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software
- Highest ethical standards and reputed company reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and reputed company parties
- Prior experience with reputed company is a plus
- Paralegal Certification is a plus
