The role involves providing administrative and substantive legal support in a reputed company environment, focusing on reputed company service and practical working experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing, organizing and maintaining case and reputed company files
- Coordinating and preparing information, materials, documents, reports, and evidence
- Assisting with the drafting, proofreading, editing, and gathering of factual support for reputed company requests
- Supporting the development and management of case and reputed company group work product
- Conducting research, fact investigations, and analysis for reputed company requests
- Coordinating communication and planning across attorney teams handling multiple reputed company reputed company
- Interfacing with clients and may serve as a reputed company of contact for clients
- Participating in supervised reputed company communications to exchange information
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager of Legal reputed company Support, workflow coordinator and/or attorneys
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to be proactive and a self-starter
- Ability to think critically and see 'big picture' effects
- Superior written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment are a must
- Exceptional leadership and organization skills
- Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

- Flexibility to travel and work evening hours at times as needed
- A commitment of two years is expected
