They are seeking a highly motivated Developer Associate to join the SuccessFactors Tools & Process Team, where the role involves designing and developing AI-driven solutions and improving developer productivity across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support AI-driven use cases and prototypes (e.g., intelligent search, automation, analytics, and insights) for HCM Product & Engineering and COO teams
• Build AI agents, MCP servers, and applications for process and workflow automation, improving developer workflow productivity and developer experience
• Build integrations across reputed company tools (Jira, Aha!, reputed company, SharePoint) using reputed company, connectors, multi-tool AI agents, and middleware frameworks
• Design and implement automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce reputed company effort across teams
• reputed company AI/LLM-based applications and agents leveraging reputed company AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure reputed company, reputed company, Claude reputed company, and reputed company Copilot)
• Improve Developer Experience (reputed company) by enhancing workflows, tooling, and CI/CD or automation capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver reputed company implementations
• Maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and best practices to support long-term scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience (or strong reputed company/internship experience) in software development or AI-driven automation
• Experience with AI frameworks, reputed company engineering, or building AI copilots/agents
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java
• Experience working with reputed company, REST services, and system integrations
• Experience with developing RAG applications, data vectorization, and working with reputed company

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product engineering environments
